Costa Rica

Pura Vida

One phrase you should be familiar with here in Costa Rica is Pura Vida (pronounced as poo-rah vee dah).  It means “simple life” or “pure life”.

Costa Ricans (aka Ticos) use Pura Vida in many ways…. to say hello, goodbye, its all good, I’m ok, basically its an answer to everything.

Good morning.

– Pura Vida

See you later!

– Pura Vida

Are you ok?

– Pura Vida

Thank you very much.

– Pura Vida

Costa Rica is named one of the happiest places in the world!  Ticos have a very relaxed simple way of looking at life, less worry, stress, and fuss.  Maybe the rest of the world could learn a thing or two.

  • Be Thankful & Grateful for what you Have

  • Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

  • Slow Down Relax & Breath

Not surprising Costa Rica has the highest life expectancy in the world!

Pura Vida – Its not just a saying……It’s a way of Life.

Whether you’re coming to Costa Rica for a well-deserved Vacation or to Invest in a Property.  We at Oceanside Properties CRC Costa Rica wish you the very best and we are here for you and here to help anyway we possibly can!
